When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries start in September.
Reeplayer cameras are built in batches in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, by our team of world-class engineers. This helps us keep quality high and production local.
If I order today, when would my subscription start?
Your subscription starts when your camera is delivered—not at the time of purchase. It renews every 12 months from that activation date.
You can cancel or upgrade anytime before your renewal.
How much is live streaming?
Live streaming is free with Reeplayer—no extra plans, no credits to buy, and no viewer limits.
Each camera includes built-in cellular connectivity and a global data plan that connects to the strongest available network automatically. Just power on and go live from anywhere—no SIMs, no hotspots, no hassle.
Your stream is shareable with unlimited viewers via a simple link that works on any device.
Reeplayer is also the first system with Instant Playback, letting you watch the game right after it ends—even before it finishes uploading.
Note: We made streaming free for the foreseeable future. Our goal is to keep it this way but it is subject to change.
Do I own or lease the camera?
You own the camera. Reeplayer cameras are designed to be modular and future-proof, so you can upgrade parts instead of replacing the entire unit.
If we release new features, like a four-lens solution, you’ll have the option to send your camera back for an upgrade at a fraction of the cost of buying new. Upgrades are handled at our manufacturing plant in Pittsburgh.
For early adopters who didn’t pay for their cameras, those are leased and will need to be returned if their subscription ends.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We’re here to help and committed to making sure your experience with us is a great one.
If you’re not happy with Reeplayer, you can cancel your subscription and return your camera within two weeks of delivery for a full refund.
If you choose not to renew after a year, you’re free to cancel and return the camera at the end of your subscription period.
Is Reeplayer available outside of the United States?
As of now, Reeplayer is exclusively available in the United States. However, we are excited about the prospect of expanding to other countries! If you are from a different country and interested in using Reeplayer, please fill out this short form to express your interest.
Is Reeplayer available for sports other than soccer?
Currently, Reeplayer is focused on enhancing the soccer experience, but we are eager to bring our technology to other sports in the future. If you are interested in using Reeplayer to record other sports, kindly fill out this short form to let us know.
