Reeplayer Camera One-Year Limited Warranty

Version 1.0, effective 2026-11-06

This limited warranty is given by Reeplayer, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 4213 Jackson Avenue, Culver City, California 90232, USA (“Reeplayer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It applies to every Reeplayer Camera delivered on or after that effective date, and to every Reeplayer Camera delivered in the 12 months before that date, for the rest of its first year from delivery.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any right you have under a law that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

1. What this warranty covers

1.1 The promise. Reeplayer warrants that the Reeplayer Camera will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date it is delivered to you (the “Warranty Period”).

1.2 What “the Reeplayer Camera” means. The Reeplayer Camera is the camera unit sold new by Reeplayer, or by an authorized Reeplayer reseller in the United States, including its housing, lenses, sensors, circuit boards, ports, and built-in battery. A camera sold by a reseller outside the United States is not covered by this warranty. Any warranty the reseller gives you, and your rights under the law of your country, apply to it. The built-in battery is covered for defects; the gradual loss of battery capacity that every rechargeable battery has with age and use is not a defect.

1.3 Normal use. Normal use includes outdoor use at games and training sessions in heat and cold, and, for a Reeplayer Camera shipped in or after June 2024, in rain. For a Reeplayer Camera shipped in or after June 2024, water damage from rain, including heavy rain, during normal outdoor use is covered. A Reeplayer Camera shipped before June 2024 is not water resistant, and water damage to it is not covered. Reeplayer’s setup and care instructions are the Reeplayer Camera Setup and Safety Instructions at https://www.reeplayer.com/legal/camera-setup-and-safety, and Section 2.1(d) says what happens if damage comes from not following them.

1.4 When the Warranty Period starts. The Warranty Period starts on the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking record. If there is no tracking record, it starts on the date of your purchase receipt.

2. What this warranty does not cover

2.1 Exclusions. This warranty does not cover:

(a) damage from an accident, a drop, a fall, an impact, or a crush, including a camera that falls because a tripod, pole, stand, or mount, including a Reeplayer Tripod, tips over, is knocked over, or fails. You are responsible for your setup and its safety;

(b) damage from submersion in water or another liquid, from pressure washing, or from water that gets in because the camera was opened by anyone other than Reeplayer or someone Reeplayer authorizes, or because its housing was cracked or broken by a cause listed in (a), (c), (d), or (e);

(c) damage from fire, lightning, power surges, earthquakes, or other external causes;

(d) damage from misuse, abuse, or use that goes against Reeplayer’s published instructions (as published when the use took place), including damage caused by a faulty or non-standard charger, cable, or battery;

(e) damage caused by repair, opening, or modification done by anyone other than Reeplayer or someone Reeplayer authorizes, or caused by parts that Reeplayer did not supply;

(f) cosmetic damage after delivery, such as scratches, scuffs, and dents, that does not affect how the camera works;

(g) normal wear and tear, and the gradual loss of battery capacity described in Section 1.2;

(h) a camera whose serial number has been removed or made unreadable;

(i) a camera that is lost or stolen;

(j) accessories, including the tripod, the case, cables, chargers, and mounts, whether or not they came in the box (see Section 2.2);

(k) the Reeplayer apps, websites, and online services, the AI features, footage, uploads, and livestreams, which are covered by the Reeplayer Terms of Service and not by this warranty. The camera hardware and its built-in firmware are not excluded by this item: if the firmware, or an update Reeplayer installs, stops the camera from working as it should, Reeplayer fixes it under Section 3; and

(l) problems caused by cellular coverage, Wi-Fi, or another network outside the camera, or by your team’s plan not being active.

2.2 Accessories. Accessories are not covered by this warranty. If an accessory has its own maker’s warranty, and Reeplayer can pass that warranty on to you, Reeplayer passes it on. If an accessory you bought new from Reeplayer is faulty, you may return it under Section 16.4 (“14-day returns”) of the Reeplayer Terms of Service within 14 days after it is delivered, and no return fee applies.

2.3 Your plan does not affect this warranty. This warranty does not depend on you having an active Reeplayer plan or on you buying any other product or service from Reeplayer.

2.4 Repairs by others. Using another repair shop or other parts does not end this warranty. It only excludes damage that the outside repair or the outside parts caused.

3. What Reeplayer will do

3.1 Repair or replace. If you make a valid claim during the Warranty Period, Reeplayer will repair the camera or replace it, at no charge to you. Reeplayer chooses which. Reeplayer may use new or refurbished parts, and a replacement camera may be new or refurbished, as long as it is equal to new in performance.

3.2 Refund only if we can do neither. Reeplayer refunds only if it cannot repair the camera after a reasonable number of attempts and also cannot replace it. In that case Reeplayer will refund the price paid for the camera when it was first bought new (if it was bought in a bundle, the published camera price at that time; if the camera became yours after a lease, the price you paid for it then), less a reasonable amount for use of the camera before the defect was discovered, where the law allows that deduction. The refund goes to the person who owns the camera when the claim is made, and the camera comes back to us.

3.3 Time to repair. Reeplayer will finish a covered repair, or send a replacement, within 30 days after it receives the camera, unless you agree in writing to a longer time or a delay is caused by conditions beyond Reeplayer’s control.

3.4 Extra time on the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period is extended by every day from the day you send the camera to us under Section 4.2 until the repaired or replacement camera is delivered back to you. If you report a defect during the Warranty Period, this warranty does not end until that defect is fixed. If a repair does not fix the defect and you tell us within 60 days after you get the camera back, this warranty continues for that defect.

3.5 Coverage after a repair or replacement. A repaired or replacement camera is covered for the rest of the original Warranty Period.

3.6 Replaced parts. Parts and cameras that Reeplayer replaces become Reeplayer’s property.

3.7 Shipping. For a claim in the United States, Reeplayer pays standard shipping both ways: it sends you a prepaid shipping label and pays to ship the repaired or replacement camera back to you. If you are outside the United States, you pay to ship the camera to us and any duties or taxes on that shipment, and Reeplayer pays standard shipping to send it back. Reeplayer pays its share directly, so you have no shipping costs to claim back from us. If you ask for expedited shipping or any other special handling, you pay the extra cost.

3.8 If there is no covered defect. If Reeplayer finds no defect covered by this warranty, Reeplayer tells you what it found and, where it can, offers a paid repair with a price before doing any work. Reeplayer does no paid work without your approval. If you say no, Reeplayer ships the camera back to you at its own cost.

4. How to make a claim

4.1 Contact support first. Email support@reeplayer.com during the Warranty Period. Give your name, the camera’s serial number (on the bottom of the camera), a short description of the problem, and, if you have it, your order number or proof of purchase. Many problems can be fixed with a restart or an update, so support may first walk you through some checks.

4.2 Send the camera. If support confirms that the camera needs to come in, we send you the address and, in the United States, a prepaid label (Section 3.7). Send only the camera unless we ask for accessories. Reeplayer’s service and repair facility in California is its Los Angeles office, 4213 Jackson Avenue, Culver City, California 90232, USA, and a camera from a buyer in California is serviced there.

4.3 Your footage. Your uploaded games stay in your account. Footage that is still on the camera and not yet uploaded is deleted during service. Upload what you want to keep before you send the camera, where you can. Reeplayer does not view footage on a camera sent for service, except as needed to fix it.

4.4 Order of documents. For the Reeplayer Camera hardware, this warranty controls if it conflicts with the Reeplayer Terms of Service, including Sections 14 (Disclaimers) and 15 (Limitation of liability) of those Terms.

5. Who this warranty covers

5.1 Buyers. This warranty covers the person or organization that bought the camera new from Reeplayer or from an authorized Reeplayer reseller in the United States (Section 1.2), other than a camera Section 1.2 excludes, and the owner of a camera under Section 6.2.

5.2 A new owner. If you sell or give the camera to someone else during the Warranty Period, this warranty moves with the camera to the new owner for the rest of the Warranty Period. The new owner needs the serial number to make a claim.

5.3 Organizations. Clubs, schools, leagues, cities, and other organizations get the same warranty as families.

6. Leased cameras

6.1 Leased cameras. This warranty does not cover a camera leased to you, for example under Section 16 or Section 17.6 of the Reeplayer Terms of Service. A leased camera is Reeplayer’s property, and your lease terms govern its repair, damage, loss, and return. Where a law, such as California Civil Code Section 1795.4, makes a warranty like this one apply to leased goods, this warranty applies to a leased camera to the extent that law requires.

6.2 If a camera you leased becomes yours. If a leased camera becomes yours, for example because you buy it, this warranty covers it in the same way as a camera sold new, for one year from the day it becomes yours. For that camera, that year is its Warranty Period.

7. Limits under the law

7.1 Implied warranties. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THE REEPLAYER CAMERA IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

7.2 Incidental and consequential damages. REEPLAYER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, SUCH AS LOST FOOTAGE OR A MISSED GAME, EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THIS EXCLUSION. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Section does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7.3 This warranty’s remedies are not capped by the Terms. The liability cap in Section 15.2 of the Reeplayer Terms of Service does not reduce what Reeplayer owes you under Section 3 of this warranty.

7.4 14-day returns. If you bought the camera new from Reeplayer, Section 16.4 (“14-day returns”) of the Reeplayer Terms of Service also lets you return it within 14 days after delivery, as that Section describes. No return fee applies to a camera with a defect this warranty covers. This warranty adds to Section 16.4 and does not replace it.

7.5 No one can change this warranty. No Reeplayer reseller, agent, or employee can change, extend, or add to this warranty. Only a written change published by Reeplayer, or a written agreement signed by an officer of Reeplayer, can. A published change applies only to cameras delivered after it is published, unless it gives you more coverage.

8. Disputes

8.1 Tell us. If you think Reeplayer has not kept this warranty, you may write to us at legal@reeplayer.com or at the address above, and we will try to resolve it with you in good faith within 60 days. This is not required before you go to court, but the law may require that you give us a chance to fix the problem.

8.2 No required arbitration for warranty claims. Sections 19.1, 19.2, 19.3, 19.4, and 19.6 of the Reeplayer Terms of Service do not apply to a claim under this warranty, or to a claim under an implied warranty or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act about a camera this warranty covers or covered. You may bring such a claim in small-claims court or in any court that has jurisdiction.

8.3 Governing law. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California and by federal law, without taking away any protection of the consumer law of the state or country where you live.

9. Outside the United States, and your rights under the law

9.1 Where this warranty applies. This warranty applies in every country to a camera it covers, in the same way as in the United States, except for shipping (Section 3.7). A camera sold by a reseller outside the United States is not covered by this warranty (Section 1.2).

9.2 Your rights under consumer law. The benefits this warranty gives you are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the law that applies to the camera, and this warranty does not affect them. In particular:

(a) Australia. This paragraph applies to a camera you bought from Reeplayer in Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

(b) New Zealand. If you are a consumer in New Zealand, you have guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and nothing in this warranty limits them.

(c) The United Kingdom, the European Union, and the European Economic Area. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights, including the right to remedies from the seller free of charge if the camera does not conform to your contract, and those rights are not affected by this warranty.

(d) Everywhere else. Where the law of your country gives you more rights than this warranty, those rights apply.
